Ideal for marking parking spots freight crates and even construction cones

Our most commonly used materials are Mylar, Dura-Tuff and Maxi-Tuff. 30 mil magnetic material is also available for certain projects.

Dura-Tuff is a 60 mil (1/16") polyethylene non-porous plastic. It is one of the most widely used materials for stencil use because it is non-hazardous, very flexible and extremely tough. For best results, Dura-Tuff stencils should be spray painted.

Maxi-Tuff is a 125 mil (1/8") polyethylene designed for rugged, permanent use. Maxi-Tuff is especially well suited for pavement marking and should also be spray painted.

Mylar is a type A polyester available in 7.5 and 10 mil thickness. It performs well and is more economical than Dura-Tuff. The average life of Mylar is about 100 - 150 uses. Mylar is also well suited for very small character sizes and detailed graphics. Mylar stencils can be applied with a roller or spray paint.

Oil board is available but not recommended. Oil board is flimsy and porous and is usually only good for one use. Mylar can be used for these applications at about the same cost.
